What’s Included:
- Hand-drawn custom illustration created from your provided reference photos
- Personalized composition & layout tailored to your family and the chosen setting (home, garden, favourite place, etc.)
- Print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed (Always check with your chosen printer for any specific requirements before placing your order)
- CMYK color profile (ideal for professional printing)
- 300 dpi high-resolution artwork
- Clear communication & guidance throughout the process
Printing, paper selection, and physical production are not included but you will receive ready-to-print digital files compatible with most professional printers worldwide.
How to order:
- After the purchase email your photos and ideas to me at mail@hannah-detterbeck.com within 3 days: The photos should be well lit and showcase all of the people you want to be included as well as other photos and details you want to be added – These photos will not be shared anywhere and will be deleted after the portrait is completed.
- I need to know which format you want the portrait to be in (A4, A3, 8.5×11 inches, 16×20 inches… – I can’t set up the portrait larger than A2 or 18×24 inches)
- Standard turnaround is 4–8 weeks depending on complexity and feedback speed. Please reach out before purchasing if you have a specific deadline.
- I will send you updates after each step (sketch/line art/color) is finished and you can tell me what changes I should implement (I am not accepting big changes after the sketch is approved)! I will send all updates per email so please make sure that you’re available in this time period.
- As soon as your custom portrait is finished I will email you the digital version as print-ready PDF (files are delivered with 3 mm bleed) as well as an invoice.
