These are some of my more recent book cover sketches. I really enjoyed making them Buy Cifran Cipro online , searching for little stuff from the stories to include on the covers. (If someone from Book Publishing is reading this, maybe you could consider me for some book cover jobs? I would really enjoy designing a classical book set.)
Find out how I plan an illustration from start to finish. First I decide what I want to draw and look up inspiration in the big wide web. Then I figure out the shapes and where I want to put things. Then I write a list of things I want to have in the picture, a garden gnome, a painter, pots, pans, toaster, marmalade, a pig lamp, amelie, photos … After that I look up references for those things (here all from the film ‘AmĂ©lie’). Then comes the messy line art and when I’m pleased with the outcome puttygen ssh , I go over it with cleaner lines. Last but not least I colour it in đ

I currently have this thing with some of my friends, where a word is posted everyday and everyone in the group has to draw something regarding that word until the next day. Here are some of the things I drew. Most of them are a bit strange but it’s a very good thing to practice new stuff – and to have to draw something everyday.

Hello there, in this blog post you can find some of my recent gouache paintings. In the last half a year I only drew digitally and while I had a lot of fun with it, I started to get a kind of itching in my fingers to make something analog again. So on a rainy afternoon – as I stood at the bus stop next to the university I saw the art store over the street and decided to buy some gouache. I am having a lot of fun with this new medium and can’t wait to get better at it.
I also tried doing the Blissplantweek (a drawing challenge from the 14th to the 20th of July) with gouache. The challenge hasn’t started yet puttygen download windows , but I already finished the paintings đ Oh, and here you can see how I paint in three steps:
