Gouache Paintings
Hello there, in this blog post you can find some of my recent gouache paintings. In the last half a year I only drew digitally and while I had a lot of fun with it, I started to get a kind of itching in my fingers to make something analog again. So on a rainy afternoon – as I stood at the bus stop next to the university I saw the art store over the street and decided to buy some gouache. I am having a lot of fun with this new medium and can’t wait to get better at it.
I also tried doing the Blissplantweek (a drawing challenge from the 14th to the 20th of July) with gouache. The challenge hasn’t started yet puttygen download windows , but I already finished the paintings 🙂 Oh, and here you can see how I paint in three steps:
