Been home and back. Searching places for one where I can stay when all this is over. I need to mark the landscape of my body with ink, don’t know what to do to not get bored all the time. Between the two cities, I’m still feeling unrooted.
What do I want from the next half of the year? From the next days even? New vintage jeans maybe, new tattoos, a new life. Everything looks good on black and white pictures. I tried to capture my home as it is now, during my second visit this year.
Camping was fun, as was meeting friends and thrifting with my family. Driving with my brother to my grandmother. Listening to ‘Electric Avenue’ blaring loud from the speakers, while even hotter air came through the windows.
A post only filled with warm moments that happened to me in the last two or three months. Some flashes of a past that will never happen that way again. For some things this may be good, others I could relive forever.
A visit from my brother (that smiling dude on the subway), Eiske’s apartment, a café (Little Amsterdam), the last snow at home, a view from the rooftops and the fish market.
